What is the Foundation Sustaining Member Program and how does it work?
The Sustaining Member Program was developed by the Southwest District
Kiwanis Foundation to obtain donations from individuals. Funds received are used
for the operating budget of the Foundation, including all programs conducted by the
Foundation, especially operation of Kamp Kiwanis.
Individuals are asked to contribute a minimum of $50 to the Foundation and to
pledge to continue making a similar donation annually.
Each contributor will receive a distinctive pin signifying that he/she is a Sustaining
Member of the Southwest District Kiwanis Foundation and will receive a new “year”
pin each year after renewal of pledge (See image of a year 2 pin at upper left corner
of this form). Members will be notified of renewal during the anniversary month of
the initial pledge.
The names of Sustaining Members will be given recognition at the Foundation’s
annual meeting
